Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time is composed of handling and transit times. Our handling time is 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Once dispatched, domestic transit time within the US typically takes 3-7 business days. For full details on international shipping, please visit our Shipping Policy.
How can I track the progress of my shipment?
Once your artisan ceramics are packed and handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.
What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
Payment & Security
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your data. Furthermore, we are PCI DSS compliant, meaning we never store your full credit card details on our servers. For more details, see our Payment Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?

Returns, Damages & Cancellations
What should I do if my ceramics arrive damaged?
While we use specialized shock-absorbent packaging, ceramics are fragile. If an item arrives broken, please contact us at support@boyztotologin.com within 30 days with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, but you must act quickly. We offer a 12-hour window for any cancellations or address changes. Once the order has entered the fulfillment stage at our Canyon Country facility, it can no longer be modified. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for instructions.

Are your ceramics food-safe and lead-free?
Yes. All our tea sets, cups, and bowls are crafted using high-quality kaolin clay and are finished with 100% lead-free, food-grade glazes. Your health and safety are our top priorities.
Why does my product look slightly different from the photo?
Each piece at boyztotologin.com is handcrafted. Natural variations in glaze patterns and slight differences in color are hallmarks of artisanal pottery and make your set truly unique. For more on this, read our Disclaimer.
