Our fulfillment process is designed to ensure the safety of your fragile items. We have a handling time of 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). Once your order is dispatched from our facility at 29002 Sam Pl, domestic transit within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days. What is your policy on order cancellations or changes?
We understand that mistakes happen. We provide a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change your shipping details. Because our team begins the specialized shock-absorbent packaging process shortly after this window, we cannot intercept orders once they have entered the “Processing” stage. To request a change, please email support@boyztotologin.com with the subject line “URGENT”.
Are your ceramic products food-safe and lead-free?
Yes, absolutely. Safety is a core value for our founder, Ireland Allene Moon-Hartz. All our tea cups, bowls, and plates are crafted using premium kaolin clay and are finished with 100% lead-free, food-grade glazes. Our ceramics are designed to be as safe as they are beautiful for your daily dining rituals.

Despite our rigorous 5-point quality inspection and protective packaging, ceramics can occasionally break during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days at support@boyztotologin.com with a clear photograph of the broken piece and the packaging.
